This page explains what ControlSolid collects through this website, why, and how you can change your choices.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. Advertising and personalization signals are disabled everywhere, for everyone.
How analytics starts depends on where you are visiting from, based only on the country your connection is routed through as reported by our hosting network. That country is never stored, never logged and never sent to Google. If you are visiting from the United States, basic analytics is on by default and you can turn it off at any time; we also respect browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track, which keep analytics off. If you are visiting from anywhere else — or if the country cannot be determined — nothing is collected and no analytics requests are sent until you select "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner. Your explicit choice is remembered for future visits until you change it.
Analytics events record page paths (with query strings removed) and a small set of interaction events — a contact form completing successfully, a scheduling link being opened, and clicks on email, phone, WhatsApp or document links. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents and booking details are never included in analytics payloads.

Contact form
When you submit the contact or partner form we process the name, company, email and message you provide so we can reply. Submissions are delivered by email to ControlSolid and a confirmation is sent to the address you entered. We also apply basic anti-abuse measures such as rate limiting.
CRM records
Contact details submitted through the form may be stored in our CRM (HubSpot) to manage the conversation, along with referral attribution indicating which approved partner link, if any, introduced you.
Scheduling
Booking links point to Cal.com. When you open a scheduling link, the information you enter there is processed by Cal.com under their terms and privacy policy.
Retention
Enquiry emails and CRM records are kept for as long as needed to manage the relationship and to meet ordinary business record-keeping needs, then removed on request or during routine cleanup. Referral attribution stored in your browser expires after 90 days.
Access and deletion
To request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@controlsolid.com. We reply within one business day.
